    Personal data

    According to Article 4 №1 GDPR, personal data is all information that is related to an identified or identifiable person. This includes, for example, information such as your name, your address, your email address, your telephone number or even your IP address. No personal data is such information that cannot be used to identify you, e.g. anonymized data and information.

    Collection and processing of personal data

    1. Log data/server log files. When you access this website:

    2. Data in the online contact form insofar as you will use the online form to contact us

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we, as the provider, need an email address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the email address provided and upon receipt of the newsletter agree (so-called double opt-in procedure).

    Predominant interest as a legal basis

    The legal basis for storing the log data is Article 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR. They are stored for 7 days only for the purpose of ensuring the proper operation of the server. This interest in the operational security of the server outweighs any interest in the immediate deletion of the above data. As a website visitor, you also have a similar interest in being able to access and use a website that is as secure as possible.

    Consent as a legal basis

    Without your consent – apart from the automatically saved log data (see above) – no personal data about you will be collected or stored. Only you decide whether or not to disclose personal data for the purpose of contacting us or for receiving the newsletter.

    If you provide such data about yourself, you give your consent for the storage and use in the data protection sense. This personal data provided by you will only be used to answer your request or to send you the requested information or offers.
